How bossa handles your data.
A short page, because bossa collects very little. bossa does not sell or rent anyone’s data, and shares it only with the services that run the form.
Who is responsible
bossa consultoria, São Paulo, Brazil. The data controller is Ricardo Piochi, founder. For anything about your data: WhatsApp +55 11 93621-9497.
What data bossa collects
Only what you type into the contact form: name, company, email, phone number, role, annual revenue band, how your marketing team is set up and what you are looking for from the consultancy. The form also sends where your visit came from, so that bossa knows how you found the site: campaign parameters in the URL, if there are any, the site you came from and the first page you opened here. These three are kept in your browser for up to 30 days and only leave it if you submit the form. If you tell bossa what you asked an AI before arriving, that is sent too.
What bossa uses it for
To reply to you and prepare for the 45-minute conversation. The revenue band and the shape of your team let bossa come to the conversation knowing which way of working makes sense, and they serve no other purpose. There is no automated decision-making and no advertising profiling, and none of it goes into a mass-mailing list.
Who bossa shares it with
With the services that make the form work, and only with them: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (the database where your details are stored), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot check) and Google Analytics (aggregate measurement of how the site is used, with no form data). No data is sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long it is kept
For as long as a conversation or a commercial relationship is under way. After 24 months without contact, the record is deleted. Documents from contracted projects follow the legal retention periods for tax and contract records.
How to ask for access, correction or deletion
Send your request by WhatsApp to +55 11 93621-9497. Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) gives you the right to access, correct, anonymise, transfer and delete your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. bossa replies within fifteen days.
Cookies
The site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and how they move through the site. The figures are aggregated: they do not identify you and are not used for advertising. If you prefer, block third-party cookies in your browser; the site works just the same.
